The Annual POLIS Conference 2026 will take place on 2–3 December 2026 at THE EGG in Brussels, bringing together professionals working on the future of sustainable urban mobility across Europe.

The conference will connect representatives of cities and regions with policy-makers, researchers, mobility practitioners, industry leaders and technology providers. It will create opportunities to exchange knowledge, present innovative projects and discuss practical responses to current transport challenges.

The 2026 programme includes 40 parallel sessions and two high-level plenaries addressing housing and the implications of artificial intelligence for transport. Further discussions will cover public transport, active mobility, decarbonisation, digitalisation, urban logistics, governance and innovation. These themes closely reflect the MobiNexus objective of strengthening cooperation between academia, enterprises and the wider mobility ecosystem.
